- 3 to 5 business days after you approve the design.
- Orders of 50+ pieces: 5 to 7 business days.
- Have a deadline? Tell us the date and we’ll confirm if we can make it.
- Rush orders: ready in 2 business days for +25% (minimum $20). Ask us first: it depends on our schedule.
- Pick-up or delivery in Mississauga and the GTA, arranged with you.

- 50% deposit to start production.
- Balance on pick-up or delivery.
Terms
- We send you a digital proof and only print once you approve it.
- Custom products can’t be exchanged or returned once printed. If there’s a print defect, we redo it at no cost.
- If you bring your own garment, we check it first. If the fabric isn’t suitable for heat printing, we tell you before printing.
- By sending us a design or logo, you confirm you have the right to use it.
- We may share photos of finished work on our social media unless you ask us not to.

Is there a minimum order?
No. We print from a single piece, and the price per piece goes down as the quantity goes up.
How long does my order take?
3 to 5 business days after you approve the design, and 5 to 7 business days for 50+ pieces.
Do you do rush orders?
Yes. We can have your order ready in 2 business days for +25% (minimum $20). Write to us first so we can confirm the date before you pay.
What file should I send?
A PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi works best, or a PDF, AI or SVG. Only have a photo, a sketch or a low-quality logo? Send it anyway: we review it for free and show you a proof before printing.
Will I see my design before it’s printed?
Yes. We send you a digital proof and only print once you approve it.
Can you print on my own garment?
Yes. We check the fabric first to make sure it can take the heat. Print-only prices start at $5.50 per location.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We arrange pick-up or delivery with you anywhere in Mississauga and the GTA.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer to hello@serfestudio.com: 50% to start production and the balance on pick-up or delivery.
How should I wash my printed garment?
Wash it inside out in cold water, skip the bleach and don’t iron directly on the print. Hang-drying helps it last longer.
Do you take orders for businesses, churches and teams?
Yes. Group orders get a lower price per piece, and for 100+ pieces we prepare a custom quote.
Do you speak Spanish?
Sí. We serve customers in English and Spanish, by WhatsApp, phone or email.
